Elena has been teaching music for the past fifteen years. She has taught in many schools and private lessons.
Convinced that learning music has an impact on a child’s development, she advocates a holistic approach to teaching that includes music theory, instrumental technique, musical expressiveness, body and rhythmic awareness, creativity through improvisation and composition. Learning music is a pleasure, so the lessons take place in a friendly and good mood, without forgetting the fun aspect!
Attached to the accessibility of musical education to all audiences through an inclusive pedagogy, Elena welcomes students of all ages, levels and backgrounds.
Information on courses
Harp lessons
Individual or paired lessons of 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour per week. It is necessary to have an instrument at home to practice regularly between classes. Classes are held at my home in Longueuil (Quebec). Online lessons are also possible.
Music Awakening lessons
Lessons in small groups of 45 minutes per week. From 18 months to 3 years old : parents/children pairs. From 3 to 6 years old : children alone. Lessons take place at my home in Longueuil (Quebec).
